Wheel Wells, Rocker Panels & Underbody
The underside of a vehicle is the worst geometry in the corrosion world: overlapping panels, pinch welds, drain holes, blind faces, and a constant supply of brine flung at it from below. It is also the area nobody looks at until a rocker goes soft.
A spray gun handles that geometry the way nothing else does. Angled passes drive atomized polyurea up into the wheel arch lip, along the pinch weld, and into the shadowed face of every bracket. The result is one continuous membrane rather than a coating that stops wherever the applicator's wrist stopped.
Spec: OR93BL at 30–40 mil across underbody, frame, and arches; FJ1 at 60–80 mil where stone impact is a factor behind the front tires.
Weld Beads, Lap Seams & Fastener Heads
Look at any failed coating on fabricated steel and the failure map is predictable: it starts at the weld toe, along the lap, and in the ring around every bolt. Those are the three geometries a levelling wet film runs away from.
Sprayed fast-set polyurea does not level. It arrives atomized, it lands on the crown and the toe and the shadowed root of the bead at the same thickness as it lands on flat plate, and it is gelled before surface tension can redistribute it. On a bolt pattern it encapsulates the head and the washer face rather than tenting over it.
Spec: OR93BL at 40–60 mil over SP6-blasted fabrication, with 7001 primer stripe-applied at laps and fastener rings on maintenance work.
Truck Beds, Tailgates & Bed Rails
A pickup bed is corrugated, bolted, and full of stake pockets — a shape designed to trap water and defeat a roller. A drop-in liner makes it worse by adding a sealed gap that holds brine against bare steel in the dark.
Sprayed liner solves it by eliminating the gap entirely. The membrane follows every rib and pocket, wraps the bed rail lip, seals the tailgate hinge area, and bonds tight enough that there is nowhere for water to sit. Tack-free in under a minute; the truck loads the same day.
Spec: FJ1 at 60–80 mil on floor, walls, and tailgate; OR93BL at 30–40 mil carried onto the underside and frame rails.
Hoppers, Chutes & Box Section Interiors
Interiors are the extreme case for reach. You cannot get a roller into a hopper corner or along the inside of a chute wall without dragging material off the surface you just covered, and you certainly cannot do it overhead.
Spraying lets an operator stand back and build a heavy, uniform film on vertical and inverted surfaces in one pass. The gel clock does the rest — 80 to 120 mil hangs on an inverted deck plate without a single run. Because the coating flexes at 300–400% elongation, it stays bonded when the structure works under load instead of cracking off at the corners.

Trailer Frames, Crossmembers & Deck Undersides
Trailer corrosion is almost always a bottom-side story. Crossmembers, the underside of the deck, and the pockets where the frame meets the suspension hangers see standing road spray and never dry out. Nobody brushes those surfaces properly because nobody can see them properly.
From below, a gun covers a crossmember on all four faces in a couple of passes and carries the same membrane onto the deck underside and the hanger brackets without a break in continuity. Wood decks take the same product over 7001 primer, which waterproofs the boards and seals the fastener penetrations at the same time.
